The SBTDC is sponsoring an SBIR workshop at North Carolina Central University in Durham, NC, on the afternoon of September 25, 2003. 

This afternoon workshop will take place on the campus of NC Central University. Dr. Jerry Heindel of the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences SBIR Program (NIH) will present various SBIR related initiatives at NIH.  Dr. Ellen Segan of the Army Research Office will present SBIR interests within the Department of Defense.  Other presentations will include an SBIR introduction, proposal preparation, and commercialization strategies.
