 he US Department of Defense (DoD) has released it SBIR 2003.2 with an opening date of July 1, 2003 and a closing date of August 14, 2003 at 6:00am EDT. The unusual closing time was selected to help reduce the "traffic jam" that has plagued the DoD's SBIR submission site in the past. Submitters are forewarned: Plan ahead and submit early!
