GSA’s Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) Express Program expanded in August to include ten new schedule programs. The MAS Express Program is designed to streamline and simplify the GSA schedule process for vendors and has quickly become a vital tool in navigating the GSA schedule proposal process. Vendors who submit a proposal through the program can expect reduced initial review and offeror qualification times, which are aimed at achieving a thirty day proposal turnaround. The table below provides a listing of both the new and pre-existing schedules and the corresponding Special Item Numbers (SINs) available under each schedule.

The core criteria for vendor eligibility in the MAS Express Program are a minimum of two years in business, a minimum of $100,000 in cumulative sales (mainly commercial), a current ratio of 1.5 or greater, 500 line items or less, and only positive or neutral ratings in all elements of the vendor’s Open Ratings Past Performance Evaluation Report. Additionally, vendors must be registered and current in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and the On-line Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) databases and have completed the Pathway to Success educational seminar available through GSA’s web site or by attending an in-person seminar.
