Electronic Posting System

The Department of Commerce (DOC), Department of Transportation (DOT), Department of the Treasury (TREAS), Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), General Services Administration (GSA), National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), and United States Air Force (USAF) currently use the Electronic Posting System (EPS) to provide copies of synopses, solicitations, and Request for Quotations (RFQ).

Business opportunities are limited to those posted in the last 30 days. The Standing Solicitations (continuously open procurements with no bid opening/closing date) for GSA Multiple Award Schedules may be listed in the archived documents. Use Search EPS Posts to review procurements that have been archived.

Release of construction drawings may be controlled to ensure adequate security or an exhibit/attachment that is incorporated in a solicitation may not be available electronically. The Contracting Officer will explain in the synopsis and solicitation how vendors may obtain a copy.

Click on: EPS for Vendors
Click on: Search EPS Posts, or,
Click selected Agency by: Award, Classification Code, Offices, or Posted Dates
Scroll to select: Amendment, Market Survey, Modification, Pre-Invitation Notice, Solicitation, or Synopsis

EPS requires clicking on the selected amendment, market survey, modification, pre-invitation notice, solicitation, or synopsis twice to be able to download to your computer or print a hard copy. In the future, EPS will be expanded to include the electronic receipt of bids, proposals, and quotes.

The GSA offices with current postings are Federal Supply Service (FSS), Federal Technology Service (FTS), Office of Government-Wide Policy, and Public Buildings Service (PBS). The Classification Codes are the same ones used in the Commerce Business Daily (CBD).

Click on Acquisition Notification Service to receive e-mail notification of bidding opportunities.

Choose 1. solicitation number; 2. selected organizations and product service classifications; or 3. all procurement notices. Number 2 is the recommended choice. Follow instructions to complete your on-line registration.
