Mike Seibert specializes in strategic management and organization development for small and mid-sized businesses. He is the center’s lead practitioner with extensive experience in strategy formulation and implementation – linking strategy to people and performance. In his counseling, he helps clients:
- Formulate and implement their vision, mission and strategic business plans
- Assess and evaluate alignment between their strategy and business results
- Identify and develop their domestic and international markets and customers
- Analyze and understand their financial performance including trade finance options with the Small Business Administration, Export-Import Bank and Overseas Private Investment Corporation
Dr. Seibert received his B.S.in Accounting from Widener University, MBA from Campbell University, and Ed.D. in training and development from NC State University. He is a Certified Global Business Professional and Master Trainer for the NxLeveL for Entrepreneurs program. Mike serves as adjunct faculty for the Lundy-Fetterman School of Business at Campbell University, where he coordinates MBA independent study projects and “Corporate University” development within small and mid-sized businesses. Mike is a certified TAIS and DiSC behavioral instruments practitioner-facilitator.
