Jarrett Bay Industrial Park expands

Gregory Poole builds multi-million-dollar facility
Gregory Poole Marine Power, the largest Caterpillar pleasure craft marine engine distributor worldwide, is expanding even more by opening their multi-million-dollar, 24,000-square-foot Beaufort Marine Center at Jarrett Bay Marine Industrial Park. It is to serve as Gregory Poole's Marine Division Headquarters.

Bausch American Towers - New facility going-up
Bausch American Towers (BAT) is a subsidiary of American Custom Yachts and specializes in building custom flybridges and tuna towers of anodized aluminum. They also manufacture the composite hardtops and consoles for their towers and install custom electronics. They are building a facility in the park that will be large enough to house two 60-footers while towers are installed. They plan to have 30-50 employees at their new facility. About half the employees will be building the custom composite hardtops; half will be building the towers and running the electrical and electronics.
